Silhouetted against the morning sky, coconut palms sway against a background of explosive color and lively brushstrokes. Coconut palms are beautiful, functional, and resilient. Every part of the coconut palm serves a purpose. The branches are woven into baskets and mats, the heart and every part of the fruit itself (coconut meat, coconut water, coconut milk) are edible, and the shell and husks have practical uses. The tree itself is resilient, withstanding hurricane-force winds, bending but not breaking. A new day brings new beginnings and new opportunities.
