Painted on the Greek isle of Rhodes, this watercolor depicts the entrance to Aria di Rodi, the magical garden villa inside the walls of the Old City of Rhodes. Bougainvillea tumbles over the ancient stone walls, and the door, half-opened, welcomes guests. I had the privilege of participating in an artist retreat at Aria di Rodi.
